1. I was informed by my adjuster this would be a two day repair. It would have been helpful to have the actual range for the repair time. 2. I would work on trading the employees at the front desk. This is your front line and your first impression. My experience was almost combative. The majority of people coming to your shop do not want to be there. They are there due to an accident. Whether the accident is their fault or not the situations has created stress. Having a combative person at the front desk increases the stress level. This is just an observation. Please note it did not say they were not helpful just felt they were combative. 3. I received an email last Friday indicating the repair was over 50% complete and the truck would be ready on Monday. I’ll let you explain the math on that one.

It looks a little goofy because one headlight is clear and the other is opaque. This wasn’t mentioned in any of our discussions. I’m told you could have polished that out. It’s the one thing that taints my experience with your shop. Carol
