I would like thank you for the foremost best customer service ever received in Natchez. When I say beyond above and beyond, I'm not exaggerating. Can't no one convince me to go absolutely anywhere else but to McDonald Collision. My car looks newer than new. It's not cool that it was a part still needing installed and now I have to wait. The time frame to complete the job was very lengthy. The rental was a gas guzzler and I didn't see much of a detail in the inside of my car... yet these were the flaws, nothing in life is perfect, but I believe I came close to it with McDonald's Collision. Mr. Bruce and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I got my car back it was actually cleaner than when I brought it in. They even gave me a snazzy t-shirt! I appreciated the daily updates via text. Repairs were even finished ahead of schedule; I got my car back earlier than expected.
