My experience is a bit different. The area they were repairing had a recall connected to it so repairs were not done. Took to a dealer which fixed the repair however my problem still existed due to the fact the recall and the repair were two separate things. So the parts had to be reordered while I continued to rent a car until the repair was completed. I feel the recall was not explained properly to them and created complications. After all that they did a great job fixing my concerns and even returned my car in spice and span condition.

Every one was awesome. In the future a better understanding of recalls and details should be addressed so there is no confusion about repairs. I know this was a once in a lifetime incident.
