After this being the 2nd auto accident within 40 days of each other ( neither my fault), I appreciated Josh going the extra mile making sure the parts that were replaced on my jeep were top notch. I have been very stressed with the accident situation and a smooth easy experience in getting my vehicle fixed was greatly appreciated.

It's not your service directly, but the use of the rental car provided through Enterprise. The car wasn't very clean inside/dusty with animal hairs. Then we had to pay out of pocket for extra insurance when we were not at fault for the repairs needed. The longer it took for you to complete the repair, the more we had to pay as it was a daily rate..
