Very minor issue with tire pressure in all four tires, new left front tire had 37 pounds in it the other 3 had 33 or 34 pounds of pressure. Otherwise all repair work gets a 10

The end product looks great. The reason they got an 8 was because their communication. This was an insurance claim. When I spoke with them, I asked how long will this take. They said a day. I left it off the night before. I had my boyfriend help. And since it was one day. I did not get a rental car. when I called towards the end of day 1. It wasn't done and it would be til at least the noon the next day. Very frustrated as now I had to go get a rental car 'cause my ride wasn't available Tuesday.

It was a pleasure talking to Patty. She made the process with the insurance company, flawless, and eased my mind and how she handled that for me and the insurance company. You have a gem with Jeff Meyer I've dealt with him in the past and I'm glad I was able to find out where he was working now because he goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your repair.
