I was told I could not pick my car on Friday, even though it was finished, because the insurance company had not paid for the repairs. When I turned in my rental car on Monday, the rental car company said my rental was cancelled by my insurance company on Friday, since the car was finished on Friday. The insurance company later paid for the rental in full. I believe I was incorrectly told I could not pick up my car on Friday and it caused problems with my insurance company.
