Dont know who called me the first time to tell me that Insurance had approved the repairs, but I explained i had to make arrangements for a rental, the fellow told me no problem he would get a arrange for car at local rental place and have them in place at 7:30 am when I brought car in did not happen so one of your customer service people got on it and got me a car.
