The repairs were satisfactory but the door panel was not put back right - door lock on passenger not working - the panel along the windshield was not put back in place and the vehicle dash and windshield was not not cleaned

I used this shop 7-10 years ago. Was I NOT satisfied then. The fender they fixed is now stabilized on the vehicle with zip ties and screws. Real classy, but it would t stay in. Truth be told, the after market didn’t fit right and I didn’t fight hard enough to have it fixed then due to my lack time and frustration. I needed my care back to do home visits for my patients. I tried again all these years later because they were the easiest place for me to get to since I work in Hondo. My frustration is again thru the roof as reasons stated previously. Today, I also found that I can still see one of the dents with my naked eye!!!! That prompted me to fill out this survey.

Subaru was left dirty. Still pen parks from circling dents on side and top of vehicle. Dirt inside from dusty shoes, white substance on back mats possibly from headliner glue? Passenger side door dent still visible. Headliner dirt and fuzz all over dash, and I half way think it was installed unfinished. Also the console on the ceiling has jagged edges where it was pried off and some of the pins into the ceiling at back hatch are crooked or not all the way pressed in. Had to return vehicle due to there not being a tight seal against windshield glass with the rubber from the lice where hood meets it. Very aggravating! Surburban-much better clean up

I had to take my vehicle back to the shop. I got the brush off that it was no big deal that the plastic liner and seal was not completely flush against the windshield. It was fixed though.
