You must do away with this 3rd party communication to customers on how quick the repairs are made. It is totally bogus and all it does is upset the customer, when it is not even close to accurate.

The timeline to repair our car ended up extending several days longer than we had anticipated. It seems that at some point that communication broke down and when I called the shop to check on it the receptionist that I talked to was not very pleasant.
