This process has been so long! I had so many issues coming up against me while trying to get my car fixed. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Everyone did a great job working with me keeping me updated and walked me through the whole process. Great job from the front desk, estimator, auto body technician and the general manager. The staff was great! I walked in, Laila behind the desk was very customer service oriented. Took my info, needed a hood paint job on my 2010 Tacoma, and the guy that does estimates, sorry forgot his name, came out immediately, checked out the hood then within minutes had given me a full written estimate which I gladly took. The price sounded very reasonable. Highly recommend this Cordova location of Memphis Collisionworx. After seeing the newly painted hood, I wish I had the whole truck painted. Excellent job!!!

Would have put 10 but I don’t agree with core charge for a wheel that I own. The other person paid for a brand new one( per estimate) This is a way for you guys to make additional money. This doesn’t make sense.
