Well my car was not fixed. They just happened to find engine trouble the last few days when I was assured from the beginning that this kind of thing would be taken care of. And I feel like Peyton was rushing me to pay the deductible and close the ticket. I will definitely be having USAA look in to this. The more I think about it the more fishy it seems. Will be contacting a lawyer as well.
