My Experience - 0.0/5.0 -
The first time you called to say it was ready it still had the passenger front fender not staying secured to the side fender. It stayed another week. I picked it up on 10/31. We noticed how much “shop dust” covered the inside of the engine compartment. We weren’t pleased and the tech tried to say it couldn’t be from the shop. It isn’t regular dirt dust. We brought it home. I drive it on Sat. 11/1 and noticed that I wasn’t getting any warm air. I had it set at 84 degrees and never got warmth after 45 minutes. My husband checked it when he got home and noticed some antifreeze on the garage floor, none in the radiator, and none in one of the receptacles. My vehicle has 2 since it is a hybrid. I am very disappointed. I could have ruined my engine because of negligence on your part. Now, we have to find time to get it to your shop again and be without it. All this being said, we have enjoyed all the people we have dealt with but we are incredibly disappointed in the lack of attention to details.
