There was a chip on the part that had to be replaced. The cut lines where the car was hit were askew. Now it looks like new.

Mr. Stephen Franklin was our Body Shop Advisor. He was courteous and attentive. He provided the touch up paint that we requested, touched up the car and even showed how to use paint thinner.

Bodyshop Rafael Castro was wonderful. Always. Took care customer excellent That’s why I still brought my car to Morristown repair. Even though I live upstate NY ( more than 2 hrs one way ) my husband had house Bernardsville that why I started bring my car for service. Even though my husband past away I still bring my car to Morristown Mercedes. I feel comfortable especially Manager Rafael helped my problem was so wonderful. He sent someone to pick me up and drove me to Morristown repair , so I could drove my car 🚗 home from Morristown to Ancramdale. Thank you so much. I appreciate so much. That’s why I bring my car to Morristown Mercedes There are Mercedes place not faraway.
