Ms. Lou in the repair department was very professional courteous and represented Mercedes-Benz well. However my car went in for fairly minor repairs and it took with an appointment 10 days to get it back. I was left without a vehicle for two of those 10. This put Lou in a very bad position. I would also like to say however that Miss Lou make sure that my oil change was taken care of and my car was detailed and given back to me in a very clean and pristine manner. So because of her caring yes I would recommend trusting my car to Mercedes Benz of New Orleans. I have three other family members who owns Mercedes Benz. One was purchased at Mercedes New Orleans one Lafayette and one Baton Rouge. So thank Miss Lou for taking good care of me in my car. But waiting 10 days after having an appointment date is too long to ask someone to wait. The wait time is not acceptable. But the way Miss Lou handled it, I would refer to Mercedes Benz New Orleans
