Brent, Erick, Kaitlin are all great and up front. All the techs behind the doors really pull it all together and make it look great. My wives 3 stage red paint was a mess after two separate accidents in WI winters, Brent said he was going to make it right even before I saw the car, and he delivered on that. 10/10 will return.

Since Day one everyone at at Meticulous Auto Body has been simply amazing. They made sure that I knew everything they were doing and going to do on my auto body. Their customer service and support was outstanding. They coordinated with me with getting a rental vehicle so that I wasn’t stuck without transportation. I could continue my normal way of life without my car until they finish the work. They call me on every single step and communicated with my insurance company so everything went very smoothly. The wind storm took out my hinges on my driver's door ...they were so nice worked with my insurance and had it done pretty quick ...they cleand my van and made it smell so good ...I need to find out what they used ...I need more of that ....thanks guys !!! I will never go any place other place then meticulous...

From start to finish, i was impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable people we worked with. Also the updates along the way. Caitlin, Erik and Brent were exceptionally very good to me. The services I received from Meticulous Auto Body were satisfactory and above anything that I could possibly imagine it would have been!
