The components on my car were not properly secured after the repair. I discovered this an 1 1/2 hours into a road trip. My safety was put at risk by this negligence. Now, I will be further inconvenienced to being the car back to the shop for an assessment. This is after they had my car for over a week for a very minor repair. Very disappointed because I chose this shop for the repair as they are listed on State Farm’s list of repair shop partners.
