Metro Auto on Ogden

My car went to their shop with a working battery and after 30 days they called and said the battery is not working and I am responsible for paying for a new battery when they were the people that ran the battery dead. When I picked up the vehicle I did a thorough walk through. They had to tighten up a part because it was loose. That was about 10-15 minutes. And they left a box of old car parts in my trunk. Outside of this, vehicle repairs look good and car has been working properly. But because they made me pay for a new battery I give it a 6/10.

Mark was such a useful person to deal with. Super polite and definitely went out his way to make me happy, 10/10 experience would definitely recommend!

Metro on Ogden is the best body shop around. Pat and Phong did a great job taking care of our cars. I’d recommend this shop to everyone!!!
