The scheduling experience was clunky and frustrating. They had limited availability and lacked clarity in their instructions. I spoke with two different people over a few phone calls one of which was very disinterested in helping with my car repair. At the end of the day, the quality of the work was good and they did get things turned around pretty fast once they were able to look at the vehicle.

After calling several body shops for needed repairs on my Range Rover Sport, Metry’s was the only one willing to take me right away. My vehicle was transported the same day and parts were ordered the following morning. My vehicle was repaired and ready before the promised date. They did a wonderful job. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I have already recommended Metry’s to a friend looking for a body shop.
