This company needs to take a class on communication. I never got any updates even after I had asked to be updated on repairs and timing. I was in an accident that was being handled by State Farm. My car was brought to them with exterior and interior damage under the hood. I get my car back and the cosmetic work was done but NOTHING else. My battery died shortly after that which before the accident was working entirely fine. Whether that was a pre or post accident situation, they still returned my car to me, not in working condition. They did not run a full diagnostic on my vehicle (if they did, they never sent me the invoice that I asked for), if they had they would have, they would have seen that the battery was working. YALL ARE MECHANICS!!! Why didn’t you call me to tell me my battery wasn’t working and asked me if I wanted it fixed? This company does the bare minimum. Go somewhere else, wait if you have to, but don’t trust these fools with your vehicle.

The ONLY reason why I can’t give a 10 is because my permanent address is in Minnesota and Metry is in Louisiana. I only became familiar with them while on a visit to Louisiana.
