If you are looking for a collision shop, stop looking and bring your vehicle here! Hands down the best experience from a bad situation. I received several updates throughout the repair process, which made it easy to know what was going on with my car from each step. From body repairs to adjustments, reassembly to paint, then quality check and lastly pickup, this process couldn’t have gone any smoother. I was kept in the loop from before I was even there, guiding me of where to go to check the car in at, to getting handed my keys with the extensive list of everything they have completed. This was an absolute breeze. As my car was first checked in, to when the repairs were almost completed, the consistent communication through text (which was excellent, as I work in a corporate office), was much appreciated and helped make the whole experience feel smooth and worry-free. One, I will only bring my vehicle here, and two, only recommend this collision shop for anyone I know to have repairs done at. When I picked my car up, it looked better than when I first bought it, and drives like new! Cici was very helpful, as was everyone else I was communicating with during this process. Cici, Meghan, Jake, Robert and the rest of the MGA team I’ve failed to mention, thank you all so much! 20 out of 10!

Thank you SO much for such an amazing experience. From the very first interaction, everyone was so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Communication was incredible throughout the whole process, and I really appreciated the frequent text updates. You told me it would take about three weeks and had my car ready in just one week, which honestly blew me away. Cici was actually my fav person ever. She was so warm and friendly and made everything feel super easy. And the free detailing at pickup was such a great surprise!! Truly the best customer service I have ever received. I am so grateful to the entire team. Thank you all so much.
