This company did a phenomenal job on 2 of our cars, one being a Tesla. They are Tesla certified and that was important to us. They communicated throughout both repairs. We couldn’t have been happier with the results!!

I’d give this a 9/10. The only feedback I have is around the timeline being shared. It was a little confusing to hear that insurance had signed off, and then later get feedback that they had signed off again after disability. As a customer, it would be helpful to understand that timeline up front. Overall, really solid though—thank you!

On final inspection there was some masking material left long the roof and chipped paint on the bumper. Initial comments were that these were there upon drop off. The material on the roof was removed immediately. Waiting for follow up on fixing the paint chips.

Truly appreciated the warmth and cpnsoderation from front desk, Angi and anyone i spoke to (Megan who picked up at 9pm) -- and while i dont expect this and certainly dont think it should have to be standard, the extra mile in terms of kindness, understanding and trust building made a difference. As a female, seeing so many females working here also helped me gain more trust (not to play into stereotyping but been overcharged before and also can never tell if its because im female and come across as not knowing anything etc), but it helped me build trust to see other women working at MGA. The free uber ride was also huge bonus. Thanks for the job well done and care throughout, you guys have a great team.
