The repair was quoted to take two weeks. It took almost 8. We had to rearrange plans and we were continuously asking for updates. No one could give us real timeline and I thought it was disappointing that we were continuously having to ask instead of your team proactively reaching out to provide updates. We were also told that nothing was owed and then told we owed a balance. This was not communicated after we had followed up on asking if there was any balance. Finally when we scheduled for drop off and coordinated a time your team did not show up and when we asked when your team would arrive after already being past the drop off time were we told that there was a balance to pay. Communication is the reason we are so disappointed.
