Thanks a lot for the great job done, I liked the messages system you have to keep us updated along the process, very formal and serious service. There is just one thing that probably was forgotten, the rear camera is not working, and it was when we dropped our GMC, probably it was not reconnected properly.

From the moment, David, the owner, looked at my car and gave me the estimate, I felt like I was being taken care of. He explained the process and also gave me a copy of all the parts ordered. everyone at the shop was respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. My car was ready when they said it would be ready and it looks amazing. I am very pleased with Mid-City and would highly recommend them.

Appraisal was well explained, including the parts to be ordered, information as to what to expect for estimated time in shop was met, all staff from the owner, reception, other personnel were knowledgeable, kind and respectful ....and my car looked amazing! I had bids from larger chain body shops but to me this outdid all bids with the work/people
