Work still not fully completed, need to improve in communication, I had to call and ask for an actual update since I was told one thing and if it wouldn't had been because I called I wouldn't had find out my SUV was still not ready and my rental was due. I was trying to prevent to not be without a vehicle and I did ask the person I spoke with on Friday and was promised my SUV was going to be ready by no later than Tuesday. If I would of have been told my vehicle wasn't going to be ready over the weekend when I was at my mom's house my husband and I would had brought an extra vehicle from her house. But instead I was going to be left without a car. I had to speak to the owner and him decided that once the missing part came in would call me to take back my SUV so the work can be done. Need to improve in better communication.
