They did an absolutely amazing job—not only was the work top-notch, but the turnaround time was incredibly fast. The team was professional, attentive, and kept me updated throughout the process. They’re there to do the work & they get it done. So I can’t complain.

The only issue I had was an outside panel on my drivers door popped off like a week or so after I got it back. That could be the manufactures issue. But I called and told them & they ordered another one no questions asked and put it on my car as soon as it arrived. There was another panel piece on the inside by my passenger door that was loose but I saw the little clip that wasn’t pushed in all the way so I just popped it in place, now it’s good to go. They didn’t walk me around the vehicle after repairs just to go over it all and make sure you’re good and have no questions like most other shops but that’s a personal thing I guess. They’re all very nice & they warranty their work! That’s what I like the most about them. And if they’re doing that, they must stand by their company & skills. I will definitely use them again.

Top of the line service. There’s not another body shop I will ever go to besides mid-City Upmost respect for their customers. Never had a problem answering the crazy amount of questions I had. Always kept me updated. If you need body work. I’d highly recommend midcity
