I would never bring my Mercedes anywhere for repairs but Mid Island. Chelsea and Laura were there every step of The way and made the process easy and even had my car delivered to my house when it was all done.

Customer service was the best I’ve received anywhere. The two team members Laura and Charlotte were super helpful and went the extra mike to ensure every was perfect. My car was not returned to me in the condition, expected or promised. It has glue around the back interior, and needs to go back to the dealer again for a wheel alignment. My phone calls are not returned, even after leaving a message. I need to call back every time I need to speak to anyone . Disappointed.

worst customer service ever , was only updated once as to status of vehicle and that was at the start . umpteen phone calls very either unanswered or not returned and vehicle was returned with out hub cabs . Definitely the worst experience ever .

Weapon and component on Park Ave Wantagh and atop of Bank of America. That led to going to Mid Island Collision Center controlled by the insurrection op of the IRS, FBI, CIA, NSA, DOD as they run the collision industry and all others with dealerships BMW part of the world economic forum, and my brakes were strategically broken and lights shut off electronically connected supercomputers called quantum computing artificial intelligence driven controlling a digital matrix an electronic concentration camp. Cointelpro Gangstalking Harassment Manual speaks to these things and the trade abuses to dissolve me financially. No I'm not happy about Mid Island Collision Centers nor VW Sunrise Lynbrook. All are under control to assault defraud from Jews.
