Ford mustang convertible versus deer front and passenger side damage..... I did not have a good experience with this shop. I do not recommend. From the grill not properly put on, hood needed to be adjusted more, to the headlight not being plugged in and adjusted.. i had to ask for the grill to be fixed properly. ( said he would try), I had to ask for the hood to be adjusted. I had to take my car back to them to have the headlight plugged in and adjusted. I understand it's somebody's job, but it was my car. I pay a lot of money for it and I expected a little bit higher quality work than what I got. I will not be going back to the shop if I have any other claims. The owners are nice and friendly. So I hope whoever is doing the work for them just does better.

Communication between the repair shop and me was nonexistent unless I called for information. This process took more than 3 months from the date of the estimate until the completion of the repairs. The completed work looks great but the time spent to get repairs completed was unacceptable to me.
