The steer wheel was rough while turning, and when I turn the wheel the wheel would not straighten back up. And when I opened my hood, my hood would not stay open. I don’t have a stick to hold my hood up it goes up through a hydraulic lift. And it seems to be broken. I tried calling but no one picked up the phone.

Car is drivable, but whenever I turn my wheel the wheel does not straighten back up properly I’m not sure if it’s alignment issue or power steering fluid issue. Also my hood hydraulic is broken. I was told it had broke in y’all’s care and I was never contacted about it. I would like it to be fixed as well.

The work Mid-Town did on my car was fabulous. Their service is excellent. I give them a seven because no one warned me that they would need to repaint the door in order to blend and color match the paint. In doing this they destroyed the decorative decal that was on the door. Now the car looks stupid with half a design, I have work to do in order to repair it, and I can't find a similar design for replacement. I feel like it should have been discussed with me and perhaps the option given to have the hole design removed on both sides of the car. At least that way it would be less work for me and the car would look normal. My car was damaged through no fault of my own and I feel like I am still paying the price for someone else's mistake. Mid-Town was able to offer me advice for removing the rest of the design, but only after I asked what happened and why they had to do it. Perhaps this seems trivial, but I put that decal on myself 15 years ago. It was meaningful to me, and my car will never be the same.
