I needed a dent repaired on my door. Dan explained the process of the work they would need to do. He spent a little extra time chatting with me. I took my car in, a few days later, it was all done, and I picked it up. Extremely simple and straightforward! I was pleasantly surprised when I got in my car because they had also vacuumed and wiped down the interior!

Customer service was friendly, polite, reliable. Repairs completed as promised. Took longer than I would have liked, but that was due to delays with supply chain on the parts. Once parts were received, repairs were completed very quickly and done well.
