Customer service is great, good people at the office. Apparently, the communication between the office and the people on the floor is lacking. I received my vehicle dirtier than I when I dropped it off on the inside even though the work was done outside of it.

Dan, the person I dealt with was very nice and helpful. But apparently there was some miscommunication between him and his employees that worked with the vehicle on the floor. I also found vehicle parts loose and unattached and floor carpeting out of place from their original spot.
