Although the customer service started out very strong, I became progressively discouraged and dissapointed with our communication. Days of phone just ringing... no answering machine until the last day. It would have been much better to briefly hear from someone what was going on.. or tell me it will take over 2 weeks to fix and bonus if it's done early. If the expectation is not met than it should be your company that proactively communicates the delay to the customer.

Terrible communication about both timing of parts and timing of work completion. Additionally, the actual work was much more expensive than the estimate.
