The customer service here is fantastic. They respond promptly to my queries and schedule my initial evaluation and quote quickly. I went in for hail damage, and it seems like they fixed everything. The shuttle service is also very good.

Could not be happier with the service we received. We feel the repair was done in a timely manner and they even washed and cleaned the inside of our pickup. Always returned our phone calls and answered any questions we had. 100% satisfied!!

The service was great and Jason is doing a great job. However, your AI Update auto messenger was not helpful. We recieved updates that we were on schedule to pick our vehicle up on7/30 and when that day came, we didn't get a text or a phone call. When we called in, Jason informed us that not all the parts came in so it would be at least a week. Our next text update came on August 6th saying we were on track to pick up on August 13th. I don't have anything against AI, but if it is going to inform us, then it needs to be updated in order to do that.
