Midway Collision was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. And the work they did was amazing! Having never dealt with a not at fault fender bender repair I went into the process not knowing what to expect. But the process was fairly smooth and was handled very well by the entire team.

My only question was when I picked up my car, the cup holders were full of water. I don’t think it leaked around the sun roof or anything. The receipt had gotten wet and had dried then water in the cup holder area. Still 5 star work.

The customer service here is fantastic. They respond promptly to my queries and schedule my initial evaluation and quote quickly. I went in for hail damage, and it seems like they fixed everything. The shuttle service is also very good.
