The repair went very well. Great job. Two negatives: were short handed on Friday when they said it was completed. Did not have time they said to wash vehicle so their job could be seen and appreciated and your practice of charging 3% fee when using credit card. Maybe incorporate that into your estmate and not charging on completion. Society has gone to moneyless and cards are the norm. Not an encouraging practice.

Very friendly and accommodating. They did a great job on the repairs and answered any questions I had. They were even willing to take me to the car rental place if I needed a ride. I would recommended this company to anyone that needs body repair to their vehicle...

Midwest Auto did fantastic work with the body damage to my vehicle. The customer service people who I talked with were friendly and helpful. I do wish there had been more communication as my vehicle took more than twice as long as was first estimated for all the work to be completed.
