The body work was great! The only issue I had related to the battery replacement. I was told I needed a new battery. I agreed. I paid for the battery but a month after I got my car back the battery failed. Upon inspection it appears that the original Subaru battery was still in place. In other words, the new battery never got installed. OK, mistakes are made but what is troubling is that no one ever admitted the mistake.

First of all, Gary has nothing to do with this car, it is my car, Connie. Secondly, when i got the car back, the side sensors are acting up and the lift gate would not open.

My car looked like new after being repaired at Mike Young following an accident. I am very pleased with the quality of service. I did point out one missed thing after my car was returned, and they have since been diligently searching for a solution to fix this one remaining issue. Very pleased with the service and would definitely come back again if the need arises.

They did an excellent job with the repair but missed one detail, which they are still working on finding a solution for. Would happily change my rating to a 10 when that last little thing is finally fixed.
