I asked too have my running board blacked out where a big spot of paint chipped off and on the day I picked it up I noticed it wasnt done and he went back and did it right away for me very satisfied with the customer service and the young lady showed me a few features in the brand new loaner car before I drove away in it

It was nice that the car was washed; however, if it was wiped dry after wash there would not be water spots. They really show up on a black car. This is just hopefully a suggestion for your staff.
