I had my car repaired after an accident, Joe was very nice and professional during the entire process and made the 5 week ordeal bearable, ended up mistakenly forgetting to return my tire theft protection key only found out a couple weeks later because I had a nail in my tire, Joe called me back promptly and had the plug taken care of. Does not happen often when mistakes are owned, however, Mikes went above and beyond to make it right. They did not have to cover the cost of plugging my tire and am grateful for them doing so and fixing it promptly
