The front desk person appeared unsure and initially gave me wrong information which when I questioned she just stared at me, and I had to then ask her to please get me someone who could confirm what she was telling me, which she then did and it turned out she was incorrect as I had thought. From that point forward I did not have confidence in any answers she gave me. She was also on her phone texting and kept pulling it out from her lap to text and placed it back on her lap to continue to talk with me. It was like that all 3 times I dealt with her.
