Terrible communication. Took over a month to replace a front bumper. My wife got t-boned and had much worse damage took another body shop two weeks to repair. Will not return if I ever need a repair again.

I found that my truck had been hit in 2 different spots (the new back bumper and rear drivers side door) in addition to my plastic piece on my topper being cracked and damage to my interior front side door when I went to pick up my vehicle. While I understand things happen, to have 4 things damaged is a bit much. And there was denial regarding the damage to my interior, noting that fixing and followup would have to be approved by the owner. So my truck had to go back into the shop.

It seemed like the office staff was upset with me for bringing attention to the issues I found. The body shop personnel was obviously upset that damages happened to my truck after having it for 3 weeks and fixing a lot. I had to request vehicle set up while my truck gets fixed and suggested they take it 4 days after because i was leaving town and could avoid needing a rental and requested that someone take me and pick me up at airport.

I’m not sure if the automatic toggle between high beams and low beams is working. Maybe I have to dig into a setting and adjust something?

Depends on what work my friend needed and how urgent. The body work was mind blowing, excellent, looks factory in every way. They were a little sloppy with the final details such as license plate attached, headliner attachment plug, trunk bed rails not right. Also the slipping of the project date without informing the customer.

Fantastic job getting rid of the rust, everything important was done professionally, however the truck bed rails were halfway done and painted over leaving a terrible mess. I covered them up with an aftermarket plastic cover.

Andrew was a nice guy, however he couldn’t stick to his assurances of getting the job done by any particular date and time. After the third date passed, I stopped asking.
