I had to constantly call and ask for the status. Arranged weeks in advance for a drop off date, showed up on the drop off date and was told they were several days behind, which I think ended up being a week behind. As a result, I ran out of my car rental coverage. Spent over $600 out of pocket on Ubers and another car rental. Car was returned to me filthy, inside and out.
