My truck drives great after hitting a deer and the repairs you all did. Was a but disappointed that the innards and stomach acid from the deer were left covering my truck the entire month or so you had it.

While the body and paint job was done well, my wiper fluid hoses were switched and never addressed. Communication left a lot to be desired. If there are no better options, Mike’s isn’t the worst.

Our car was returned with excellent body work but also with a dead battery. We suspect one of the doors was left open for a very very long time which drained the battery.

The guys at Mike's Body Shop did a great job with my car. Looks brand new, just like it did in 2004. Pricing was fair, scheduling was fine (especially given the difficulty of getting parts, including from Germany), and Renee in the office was always professional and a delight to visit with.

Getting the apt figured out was a breeze. Getting the parts in was a different story! Of course Mikes body isn't at fault though. Just tough times for everyone. My trucks bumper is fixed and it looks great! I also want to mention that Renae up front is amazing and I enjoy working with her every step of the way. Thank you!

After my experience of feeling belittling and a bother by the other autobody shop I sought for an estimate, I knew right away from my first interaction I would be taking my car to Mike’s. They were kind, helpful, thorough and caring!

I mainly dealt with Renee, but she was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time ever having to bring a car in for body damage and file an insurance claim. She was patient, kind and never once made me feel like my questions were dumb. And she is thorough!! I had gotten a second estimate prior to going to Mike’s and the man said it would be $1700 to fix my headlight. Renee saw that option but others as well, so she called Mazda to make sure she ordered the right light based off my VIN. Saved me tons of money and got the correct part for my make and model. They do honest good work here!!!
