It isn’t actually your fault at all, the bodywork was phenomenal and you guys do have great customer service and are all the nicest folks. I only say that I’m not completely satisfied because we will be doing business together again soon I believe. Allstate is sending you all some information for some repairs that weren’t made, but I don’t think that you are equipped to make these repairs from what I understood. I spoke with them for about two hours in the office, and I think they still did not set things up correctly. The only thing left to be repaired on my car is supplemental damages to the undercarriage.
