It was the best job I have ever seen in auto bodywork. They went out of their way and even detailed the inside of the car to make it look brand-new. The outside looked absolutely amazing.

Everyone is so polite, friendly, and professional. My car is always sparely clean when I get it back, way better than when I dropped it off. I have told numerous people about my experience at Miller's.

After this past experience and quality of work I believe I may try a different autobody shop. This was my second experience with Millers but I am not very impressed with the initial assessment and overall quality of work. The finishing touches were overlooked but are definitely visible and I will have to try and fix them myself.

Door hand was never properly fixed, there is still a scrape/scuff on it and part of it is loose. Also the rear door trim was never fixed either even though it was part of the overall damage to the main door. There is chips in the paint that were never even touched up, let alone repaired.

The rep first told me that I needed an entire new door since the "intrusion bar" was hit. He quoted me at $1500. Other auto body shops said it was not bent from their assessment and quota me much lower. I finally took the door panel off for myself and looked and indeed it was not bent. I then got a re-assesment from Millers and the price dropped to $860. Thats a lot of money when I am paying out of pocket for someones gut feeling that the whole door needs to be replaced when its as a simple as first checking to really see if it needs a door replacement. Not very impressed with how that all transpired.
