When I arrived to drop off van to get estimate and enterprise trip. Receptionist was unaware of appointment. Quickly it was resolved without much delay. I did not receive an estimated time of completion. I called back later in the week, I was told Thursday or Friday for completion. But it was an additional week . I did recommend in the future to follow up with customer when there were delays.

Bad run in paint under door handle. Front fender was not taped off can see where the sander hit edge of fender where the door meets it and some material was removed from edge fender. Not sure why this was not inspected by someone before saying it was done.

Janet at the Chandler location was a wealth of knowledge on the claim process, and was very patient. The repair on our vehicle was great. We found additional damage from the rear end collision that was not notes in the insurance claim. Mills took care of it with no issue and placed a supplemental claim.
