From the very first meeting, I was informed as to the entire process and given and expected price and date of completion. I was kept informed along the way as to the progress on my vehicle. Two more days were required because of ordering parts, but I was apprised of this in real time. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. My car was even detailed before returning it to me. The office staff were courteous and helpful. I really couldn’t be happier about my experience at Mills Body Shop.
