Never received updates that were unprompted by my initial call, missed at least 4 communicated deadlines for completion without notifying me of possible delays. Inadvertently “misplaced” parts to my vehicle causing delay number 3 which again was not communicated to me prior to me calling. Also stated a supplement claim to my insurance was unpaid and my finished car could not be released to me when it was never submitted, which I found out after contacting my insurance agent.

I have taken vehicles to Mills many times in the past, and they have always done a good job. I’ve always had good customer service up until this particular time. Like I said, it only involves one particular person, and the rest of the staff is great. So I probably still would recommend them as long as they don’t get that particular rep.

The bodywork itself, as always is awesome. The lower rating is due to just one of the customer service individuals. The rest were awesome.

The front desk people were awesome, friendly, helpful, everything you would want. The particular representative who handled my case and contacted me, was lacking a true customer service attitude. If I were rating just him, I would give him a one. But the category gets a five because of the great people at the front desk.

I’ve been coming to mills for years and NEVER had to pay my deductible. Very upset that was not given to me on my last repair. I would not bring my car there if it wasn’t for the 2 David’s

My only complaint was the length of time it took. I was told when quoted that it was a 4 day repair. By end my car was kept for 9 business days, 11 days total. Would just have been nice to have known going in that the car would be kept for that long. Other than that, staff was very friendly. And no issues with my repair so far. Thank you.

Took almost four weeks. They kept saying they were waiting for a part, and it would be ready the next day. That was after two weeks. Looks good, has a very slight rattle upon closing.( We'll go back to CC heck that.)
