When we got it back there seems to lots of features turned back to the original factory settings or just turned on. Things like the rumble steering wheel and extra beep if you change lanes. I find those annoying. I can't figure out how to turn them off. I've not looked at the owners manual yet but just by looking at the Icons I can't figure out how to turn off. I now wish there'd been a conversation with me about getting the car back how I dropped it off or with all the beepers set to make noises.

The Body damage repairs were all excellent! The vibration in the steering wheel, is still occurring unfortunately! That’s the only complaint I have!

Our experience did not start very well! Originally I spoke to Claudia Sweeney. Our Jeep was Originally repaired in 2021. She stated that she would have to send in to PPG for warranty! I patiently waited for weeks without any communication from her. I was on a time schedule and contacted her and was informed still waiting! After another week I stopped in and spoke with Tim Roberts and explained my experience! We have had great experience with Mills when dealing with him. Explained how my warranty was with Mills not PPG. He followed through and I am happy to say my vehicle was scheduled and repair completely in less than 3 weeks! Great work and very happy now.

The front bumper wasnt clipped in all the way. My headlights didnt work, car wasnt detailed, drop off at the wrong place. However they fixed all the wrong things and tried their best.

The only thing keeping me from giving this a 10 is that the photos taken during the estimate were not available, which I feel caused the repair to take longer.
