The entire experience really surpassed my expectations. Wendy Payne was wonderful to work with and kept me informed of progress with my truck repair. The people that did the work from disassembly, installation, reassembly, paint and final touches, were meticulous and absolutely top notch. I would definitely recommend the Newburgh Mills Body Shop to family and friends.

Very satisfied, but would like to mention that the molding should have been doubled check to make sure all the clips were clicked in place and no gaps existed. Also, would recommend not changing customer settings. Very frustrating when this happens. If you have to change, please change them back to the customer's original settings:)

Frustrated. Picked my car up on Tuesday, July 21st. Windshield was not installed with a proper seal. Air noise coming through. Dropped car off at Mills Newburgh Wednesday, July 22nd for the day. Glass company did not show. Now waiting until Friday July 24th for your glass company to drop off again. Not happy with service and being stood up.

It took way too long and our van was a complete dusty mess when we picked it up after they had it for over 8 months. The Lady at the front desk was great, but our van was very large and they kept pulling it out to do other quick money jobs and would put ours on the back burner. Had rust all over the van from steel chips and iron dust left on the surface of the van. NEVER EVER EVER FALL INTO THE TRAP OF MILLS. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
