Overall I was very impressed with the staff and workmanship. While the price increase was a disappointment, I understand the challenge when quoting a job. Due to my previous experience with Mill's coming in under budget, you already earned my trust. If this had been my first experience I most likely would have questioned the companies integrity after being told the quote was for a worst case scenario. I hope you find this information helpful.

Overall customer service was great. The only disappointment in my experience was receiving a call that there was more hidden damage than expected. When I received my quote I was told additional hidden damage was taken into account, and the estimate was a worst case scenario and that it would probably cost less. In the past I have had Mill's charge less than quoted, and believe them to be honest. I understand it must be difficult to estimate unseen damage. Mill's did call before doing the work, explaining the additional damage and cost to which I agreed.

I was concerned that the superficial estimate by the insurance company would miss internal damage which caused delay. The delays in delivery of parts were not your fault. Whitney tried her best to keep me informed.
