Milstead Collision is a family owned business that's been here for over 40 years, we have our own Automotive and Transmission shop, a fleet of wreckers of all sizes, off road recovery vehicles, Auto glass and mobile fleet service for roadside assistance of large or small trucks. If you drive a vehicle and have any problem with it, we have you covered. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely fashion. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text or email messaging with vehicle owners.

Overall happy, but this is the 2nd time I've had work done that a lot of small things weren't completed or checked.

Body work looks great. Alignment is bad, and they forgot to put the screw back on my windshield wipers. Almost lost a wiper while driving. There is now a rattling underneath the front right of the car.

several issues- Horrible communication! Did not completely repair damage! Gave me a car to drive off in with tires that were greatly compromised! Tire pressure and gauges damages and Not fixed! I drove out of town after picking up my vehicle - expecting it to be fixed- and was given an unsafe ! Unreliable! Vehicle to drive in!
