Milstead Collision is a family owned business that's been here for over 40 years, we have our own Automotive and Transmission shop, a fleet of wreckers of all sizes, off road recovery vehicles, Auto glass and mobile fleet service for roadside assistance of large or small trucks. If you drive a vehicle and have any problem with it, we have you covered. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely fashion. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text or email messaging with vehicle owners.

The only issue I had was getting automated texts saying my car was fixed and ready for pick up. I got my hopes up. Then I found out a couple days later that my car was not exactly "fixed" but was totaled and ready for pick up from the auction people. Other than that customer service representatives were courteous and helpful.

Don and the whole milstead crew were very polite and treated me with the upmost respect even though I'm only 17. I enjoyed the repair it was relatively cheep and very quick! I will bring my car t milstead again
